The following payment and cancellation policy guidelines apply, but may
differ from establishment to establishment and in such cases all efforts
will be made to show the correct cancellation policy when confirming your
reservation.
Please note it is at all times advisable to protect the investment in your
trip or vacation by means of travel insurance.

Please state your name, reference number, dates booked and the name of the
establishment.
Game Lodges
Game Lodges normally require a deposit of 50% in order to confirm the
booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival. Should
a booking be made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, full payment is
required to secure the reservation.
Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation fees
will apply to the value of the accommodation booked:
5% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival
25% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 42 days prior to arrival
50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival
100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or no
show.
National Parks
Full payment at least 30 days prior to the arrival is required for
accommodation booked in a National Park.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations effected between 30 and 21 days before date of arrival will
attract a charge of 25% of the total fee.
Cancellations effected between 14 and 21 days before date of arrival will
attract a charge of 50% of the total fee.
Cancellations effected between 14 days and date of arrival will attract a
charge equal to the total fee. |
